ISD Reaffirms ISO 9001:2015 Certification

MAKATI CITY, PHILIPPINES – International Skill Development, Inc. (I.S.D.) today announced that it continues to hold ISO 9001:2015 certification under TÜV SÜD Management Service, with its most recent certification issued on March 6, 2026, valid through January 20, 2029. The company has maintained uninterrupted ISO certification since July 1999.
In line with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Department Order No. 03, Series of 2025, all private recruitment and manning agencies are now required to adopt a Standard Quality Management System to enhance ethical standards, transparency, and protection for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). Compliance is required for license renewals and upgrades, with focus areas including strict no-gift and no-bribery policies, professionalized recruitment processes, and continuous improvement.
As a long-standing ISO-certified agency, I.S.D. is exempt from submitting a new QMS but remains fully committed to attending mandatory onboarding sessions overseen by the DMW Licensing and Regulation Bureau. The company affirms its readiness, audit-proven systems, and dedication to future compliance.
